Eeeww! When Bed Bugs Attack

100 residents forced to leave their apartments

They were the bugs the spray couldn't kill.  And the creepy bedbugs just kept multiplying at the Coatesville Towers.

Finally the owners had to evacuate all 100 residents while a contractor now tries to cook the bedbugs with high-powered heaters.

75 tenants are staying with friends or family, but 25 residents have been relocated to another property in Norristown.

The building owners hope to kill off the bedbugs and get the residents home by Wednesday night.

The Coatesville Towers provides affordable housing to residents 62 and older.
