A body was discovered Sunday afternoon in a creek on the 3500 block of Vinton Road in Northeast Philadelphia.
The man appears to be between 18 and 20 years old. He's described as a white or hispanic male, who was wearing blue jeans, a jacket, and a blue wristband, according to Northeast Detectives.
A resident called police after spotting the body, face down in the water.
Authorities say his death doesn't appear suspicious, but is still under investigation.
