A local construction worker is recovering in the hospital after he was shocked overnight while working near 30th Street Station, police say.
The 27-year-old man suffered an electrical shock while working on a construction site around 1 a.m.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is in stable condition, according to authorities.
