A car stop in Bear, Del. early Sunday led to the arrest of four people after heroin was found inside the car and inside the underwear of two female occupants, according to New Castle County Police.
Officers found 11 baggies of heroin in the car's glove compartment, three baggies were found in Hayes' panties and two more baggies were discovered in the underwear of the teen, according to investigators.
Nicole Bolinski, 20, Courtney Hayes, 22, and a 17-year-old female were charged with possession of heroin.
Guillermo Gonzales, 28, was charged with possession of heroin, theft of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief stemming from an unrelated incident last month at Cranston Hall Apartments, said police.
