A Lower Merion woman stunned a community meeting with claims she was stalked and assaulted by a cop.
Now, Garbrielle Drexler is suing the township, police department and the officer himself.
Drexler announced during a televised meeting in May that Officer Michael John repeatedly called her, texted her and looked into the windows of her home. The 25-year old woman said she was traumatized by the incidents. Now, she’s filed suit in U.S District Court, asking for $100-million in damages.
A spokeswoman for Lower Merion police told NBC 10 the department doesn’t comment on litigation.
