A woman is in critical condition and a man is in custody after a shooting in North Philadelphia.
Police say a 28-year-old woman was on 17th and Oxford around 7 a.m. when she was shot once in the back by an unidentified gunman. The woman was taken to Hahnemann Hospital where she is in critical condition.
Police say the 38-year-old man was taken into custody in connection to the shooting.
