Woman Jumps Out Window During Home Fire

Fire officials say a woman jumped out of a second floor window of a home during a fire.

The fire broke out around 10:15 p.m. Sunday at a home located on the 1300 block of North 15th Street in North Philadelphia.

Investigators say the 48-year-old woman suffered severe burns to her leg.

One other person was injured. Both victims were taken to Hahnemann Hospital.

No word yet on their conditions.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
