A woman who was injured in a house fire in North Philadelphia Saturday morning has died.
The fire broke out inside a home in the 2900 block of W. Susquehanna Avenue Saturday.
Fire officials say the fire started in a second floor front bedroom.
Jeanette McNeal Allen, 65, was removed from the home and rushed to Temple University Hospital where she was listed in critical condition Saturday. On Sunday an official with the hospital confirmed with NBC10 that Allen died from her injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
