Woman Drugs, Has Sex With Boy: Police

Woman's employer told police 42-year-old was bragging about her conquest

A 42-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly giving a 14-year-old boy drugs and having sex with him, police say.

Theresa E. Kasznicki, of the 200-block of East Main Street in Bath, Pa., was fired from her job and reported to police by the insurance company where she worked after she bragged to a co-worker about getting a 14-year-old boy high in her home and having sex with him, police tell NBC Philadelphia.

The young teen told police that he and three friends smoked marijuana at Kasznicki’s house on June 25 and after Kasznicki gave him four Ativan pills -- an anti-anxiety medication -- he went to lie down on a bed in the home.

While the boy was lying down high on pills, Kasznicki allegedly went into the room, undressed the 14-year-old and had sex with him, according to court records.

The boy’s friends and Kasznicki’s daughter all either saw the woman and boy in bed together, heard the 42-year-old talk about it, or saw a text message Kasznicki allegedly sent to the boy saying, “Ignore your friends and come over so I can …”

Kasznicki was arrested on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and criminal solicitation to invite deviate sexual intercourse.

She is being held on $75,000 bail.

Kasznicki was recently staying at a mental health facility in Bethlehem Township, reports lehighvalleylive.com.
