Authorities have identified a woman who was killed when her car collided with a school bus in South Jersey.
Franklin Township police told the South Jersey Times on Sunday that 71-year-old township resident Joan Neptune was pronounced dead at the scene of Tuesday's crash in the Gloucester County community.
The bus was not carrying any children. But the driver and an aide both suffered minor injuries in the accident.
Prosecutors have said the bus was on Route 47 and Williamstown Road in Franklin and had a green light when Neptune's car entered the intersection just before 9 a.m. The impact caused the bus to overturn.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
