Police say a woman somehow lost control of her vehicle and slammed into the fence that surrounds Germantown High School.

Woman Crashes Into Fence Outside Germantown High School

A woman is recovering after police say she crashed her car into a fence surrounding a local high school.

It happened Sunday around 1:45 a.m. on West Harvey Street and Germantown Avenue. Police say a woman somehow lost control of her vehicle and slammed into the fence that surrounds Germantown High School, causing the car to turn on its side. The car also knocked over a traffic light.

The woman was taken to Einstein Hospital after suffering minor injuries. No one else was hurt in the crash. Police continue to investigate the accident.
