Delaware State Police have charged a woman after they say she stabbed her boyfriend in the back of the neck with a steak knife.
It happened about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in Greenville. Troopers say 19-year-old LaRhonda Jones got into an argument with her in the driveway of a home.
Police say Jones went to her car, got a steak knife, and stabbed the boyfriend. Officers say she then drove away. Troopers arrested Jones at her home.
The boyfriend was taken to a local hospital with what police say is a severe injury.
Jones is charged with attempted first-degree murder and other offenses.
