A New Jersey woman who allegedly took her grandchildren after losing custody of them was arrested overnight, according to police.
Cinnamon Kelly, 42, is charged with kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police issued a warrant for Kelly's arrest when she allegedly left from the Superior Court of Middle Township Monday around 3:30 p.m. with her 2-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren after she was denied custody of them. Kelly was also traveling with a 32-year-old man, according to police.
Kelly was arrested by police in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania early Tuesday morning and taken into custody, officials announced. Her two grandchildren were also found safe, according to investigators.
