Two men taped the woman’s hands and feet and then drove her to Kensington, police say

A 32-year-old woman says that she was abducted from a Center City Philadelphia parking garage Wednesday afternoon by two men, police say.

The men taped her up, took her debit card and cell phone, shoved her in a van, and then dropped her off in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, according to police.

The woman was working at the 5 Star Parking Garage at 733 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia when two men driving a newer model minivan grabbed her and pushed her inside the van just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, police say.

The men taped the woman’s hands and feet and then drove her to Kensington, dumping her on the 2500 block Letterly Street, police say.

The woman suffered minor scrapes and bruises and there were no weapons used, according to police.
