A Bucks County man was pronounced dead after being pulled out of the waters off of Long Beach Island Labor Day Weekend.
Initial reports said that 60-year-old Paul Smith of Yardley was parasailing before he drowned. Police say that he was windsurfing.
Smith was unconscious when a Good Samaritan found him around 4 p.m. Saturday and got him out of the water.
He was taken to Southern Ocean Medical Center in Stafford Township, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
