This year's White House Christmas tree will again come from Pennsylvania.
White House officials were at Bustard's Christmas Trees in Towamensing Township on Wednesday, choosing the balsam fir to be used this year.
Last year, another Carbon County grower, Crystal Springs Tree Farm, supplied the White House tree.
Bustard's was chosen this year because the company won the 2015 Grand National Championship at the National Christmas Tree Growers Convention.
A company from Carbon County has supplied four of the last 12 White House Christmas trees.
The tree will be placed in the Blue Room of the White house.
Winners of the national contest have been chosen to supply the official Christmas tree since 1966.
