A gunman who shot a man three times on a West Philadelphia street Saturday night, killing him, remained at large Monday.
Billy Neal, 25, was at 52nd and Arch streets just after 10 p.m. when the gunman opened fire on him, wounding him in the shoulder, right arm and buttocks.
Officers rushed Neal to Presbyterian Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Police continued to investigate the killing and search for the shooter. They did not release any information on a suspect or motive but did announce a $20,000 reward leading to an arrest and conviction.
