America is back in love with Wawa, as a new ranking shows the Philadelphia favorite is back on top of the convenience store heap.
The Media, Pa.-based convenience store chain earned a "composite loyalty score" of 68 percent, according to a study of 7,000 consumers by Market Force Information, edging out other convenience stores across the United States.
Wawa's ranking this year puts it in front of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based QuikTrip, which came in at No. 1 last year with a score of 79 percent based on responses by 5,000 consumers. Wawa missed the top spot last year with a score of 74 percent.
