Warren County prosecutors have accused a man of killing a woman in Washington Township with whom he had a relationship.
Authorities say 38-year-old Ralph Atkinson is held on $1 million bail.
Authorities believe Atkinson beat and stabbed 45-year-old Margaret Graf-White in her apartment on West Stewart Street. Her body was discovered on Wednesday.
It's not known if Atkinson has a lawyer.
