A popular Philadelphia Italian restaurant received national recognition from an entertainment and event website. Time Out America named Vetri the best Italian restaurant in America.
The Center City restaurant, located on 1312 Spruce Street, is owned by popular U.S. Chef Marc Vetri.
“A stately yet intimate Washington Square West townhouse sets the stage for an eight-course meal that, being painstakingly tailored to each guest, is truly once-in-a-lifetime,” Time Out wrote.
The honor comes a few weeks after Philly-based retailer Urban Outfitters announced it would acquire the Vetri Family restaurant group, which also includes Pizzeria Vetri, Osteria, Amis, Alla Spina and Lo Spiedo.
