A vehicle crashed into the Delaware River in Northeast Philadelphia Monday afternoon.
The accident occurred near Magee Lane and New State Road, according to investigators.
Police are still searching for the vehicle and are unsure if anyone is currently inside. Witnesses told police however they spotted someone running away on foot from the scene of the accident. Officials continue to investigate.
