Vandals broke into the Ventnor Library over the weekend, causing so much damage the library had to shut its doors Monday morning.
County crews were cleaning up the mess made at the library in Atlantic County, in hopes that the library will be able to open back up on Wednesday.
Officials say the vandals caused thousands of dollars in damage to the facility.
Ventnor Police are investigating the crime.
