Vandal Damages 10 Vehicles in Philly Neighborhood

It was an unpleasant surprise on Labor Day for residents of Philadelphia’s Crescentville neighborhood after a vandal damaged several cars and trucks on their street.

Investigators say the suspect used a sharp object to bash the windows of ten vehicles on the 5200 block of F Street Sunday night into Monday morning.

“Another 250 to 300 dollars out of my pocket,” said Joe Paladino, one of the victims. “I’ve got three little kids so it’s not easy.”

While Paladino is angry about the vandalism, he also isn’t surprised.
“My mom’s cars got stolen the other year,” Paladino said. “Other neighbors’ cars got stolen and vandalized.”

Police have not yet released a description of a suspect but continue to investigate. If you have any information on the vandalism, please call Philadelphia Police.
