Police and fire crews were on the scene of a local salon after an accident in Northeast Philadelphia.
It happened late Wednesday morning at a beauty salon on the 7600 block of Castor Avenue. Police say an elderly female driver slammed her vehicle into the building. Police believe the woman accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake.
No one was hurt and no charges have been filed.
