VFMA Counselor Performed Oral Sex on Cadet: Police

A guidance counselor accused of sexual misconduct with a cadet at the Valley Forge Military Academy and College will turn herself in.

A guidance counselor facing charges of alleged sexual misconduct with a cadet at the Valley Forge Military Academy and College is expected to turn herself in this week.

Symantha Hicks. 30, was let go in December as Radnor police investigated allegations that she supplied alcohol to two cadets and according to a police affidavit, had oral sex with a third cadet.

"Mrs. Hicks is remorseful and regrets the circumstances that have resulted in criminal charges," her attorney, Richard Hark, told Main Line Media News.

Hicks, who is from Horsham, is married with three children according to her bio on the school's website. She's charged with one count of unlawful contact with a minor, eleven counts of corruption of minors and ten counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors.
