A 13-year-old girl claims that a 48-year-old Upper Darby man raped and molested her for the past two years, township police say.
Bryan Veney of the 500 block of Millbank Road was arrested on charges of 50 counts of indecent assault, 10 counts of rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and one count of corruption of a minor, reports the Delaware County Times.
The 13-year-old made a report to police, saying that Veney molested her all the way up to last month, police told the Delco Times.
The girl told police that after Veney raped her the first time he then gave her money, reports the Times.
Veney was arraigned and held on bail of 10 percent of $150,000, reports the Times. A preliminary hearing for the case is set for Jan. 13.
