Two men were shot dead in the head inside a home in South Philadelphia on Friday night. Police are now telling us it may be a murder-suicide. We are working to get that confirmed at the scene.
The younger victim, 44, was found in a hallway of the home and the 53-year-old victim was found in a bedroom.
Their bodies were found around 6 p.m. on the second floor of a home along the 600 block of Fitzgerald Street.
