Two Men Indicted for Allegedly Killing Married Delaware Couple

Two men arrested in the slayings of a married couple in a murder-for-hire case have been indicted.

Attorney General Beau Biden says indictments were returned Monday in the September 2013 deaths of Joseph and Olga Connell, both 39, at the Paladin Club Condominiums in Wilmington. Both had been shot in the head.

Thirty-one-year-old Christopher Rivers was indicted on charges of first-degree murder and criminal solicitation. The News Journal of Wilmington reports that Rivers was Joseph Connell's partner at C&S Automotive Repair in Talleyville.

Twenty-three-year-old Dominique Benson was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy.

Rivers and Benson are being held without bail.
