Two children were shot in Chester when gunfire erupted Friday night in the small city south of Philadelphia.
An 11-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy were hurt in the 600 block of Central Avenue. The shooting happened about 8 p.m., police said.
Both children were taken to Chester Crozier Medical Center and transferred to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. No arrests have been made.
