She Became a New Mom and a Widow on Same Day

It was the best and the worst day of her life.

Trisha and Andy Urban had overcome a lot in life: brain cancer, a history of heart problems and odds that they would never have children.

On the day Trisha was going to deliver their "miracle" baby, 30-year old Andy died of a heart attack.

He'd missed his last  visit with his cardiologist, according to Trisha, because the couple's health insurance had been dropped and their medical bills were over $100,000.

After the couple's story became public, Trisha wrote about their health insurance challenges in an email to NBCPhiladelphia.

You can read more details on that part of the story by clicking here.

Now, friends and total strangers are trying to help Trisha offset that mountain of medical debt and have the basic necessities for her baby girl, Cora.

Jeff Woytovich saw Trisha's story and said he was compelled to help. "It was the best and worst day of her life," he said.

Jeff set up a Facebook page with the Urban's story and information on how to help.

He also set up a fund through a non-profit group he helps run called Children's Alopecia Project.
