The westbound ramp from the Walt Whitman Bridge to I-95 was closed to traffic for about five hours on Wednesday.
The ramp was shut down in the afternoon, after a truck flipped over and spilled a load of oranges.
No one was hurt.
But the ramp remained closed while the oranges were packed up and moved out. That was about 8:15 pm.
