Ocean County Mall Evacuated Due to Reported Bomb Threat

The Ocean County Mall in Toms River, New Jersey was evacuated Wednesday night after police received a report of a bomb threat.

Police arrived at the mall located on 1201 Hooper Avenue in Toms River around 7:30 p.m. to investigate the threat. The entire mall was evacuated.

K-9 units didn't find any explosive devices and the all-clear was given around 11 p.m. Police said the report appears to have been a hoax.
