Police are searching for the driver, who hit a toddler in South Philadelphia, and kept on driving.
Investigators are hoping surveillance video will lead them to the driver of a black SUV, who hit the boy at Broad and Tasker Streets around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the 2-year-old boy was walking with his mother, when he darted into the street.
The toddler was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to be treated for a broken leg and other injuries.
Police believe the driver was a woman in her 50s.
The woman was possibly driving a Jeep SUV. The vehilce is seen on surveillance video taken from a nearby business.
