A Chester County man is accused of dropping his 1-year-old daughter causing broken bones and a fractured skull.
Coatesville Police arrested Juan Silva-Vasquez, 30, Tuesday.
He is accused of dropping the toddler on a living room table and throwing the 1-year-old onto a bed.
Police were alerted to the child’s injuries after the girl’s mother dropped her off at the local YMCA Monday afternoon.
The girl remained in critical condition Wednesday with skull fractures and two broken arms. Her father remained behind bars unable to post $250,000 bail, according to court records.
Silva-Vasquez was arraigned on aggravated assault, simple assault and child endangerment charges.
