Residents who live along 1900 block of Hicks Street are patrolling their neighborhood after someone slashed tires on eight cars on their block. NBC10's Christine Maddela reports.
Police are searching for the person responsible for slashing tires on eight cars in a South Philadelphia neighborhood.
It happened on the 1900 block of Hicks Street. The incident was not reported until 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say they have no arrests or suspects at this time.
