Residents in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia woke up Friday morning to find tires slashed on three cars.

The cars were all parked next to each other in an alley off the 4900 block of Gransback Street. Two tires on each car were slashed.

This is the second time in the last couple weeks that cars in the area were vandalized. Neighbors told NBC10 that two weeks ago tires on another car on the block were slashed.

These slashings happened a day after David Toledo was arraigned on charges that he slashed dozens of tires in his own Mayfair neighborhood.
