Several Delaware residents woke up Thursday morning only to find out their tires had been slashed by vandals.
New Castle County officers responded to numerous criminal mischief complaints that multiple victims' tires were slashed overnight.
As many as six different people on the 3200 block of Champions Drive in the Fairway Falls section of the Pike Creek filed reports, and officers located a number of additional vehicles with damage to the tires in the community.
Police on Thursday did not have any information on a suspect, and were asking anyone with information to call the New Castle County Police Department at 302-573-2800.
