Power has been restored for many customers in the area after storms swept through the area.

The strong winds and rain have knocked out power to tens of thousands in the NBC10 viewing area. Here's a look at the outage numbers reported by each electric company, as of 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

PECO:

Scattered outages are being reported though the power for most customers have been restored. PECO expects everyone to have power by this afternoon.

PPL Electric: 

PPL is reporting a little over 3000 total outages with Monroe County being the hardest hit area with 1784.

AC Electric reports there are currently 35 active outages and 1023 affected customers.

Delmarva Power reports there are 25 active outages and 142 affected customers.
