There is light snow this morning -- Some slippery conditions can be found. There is steadier snow fall in Delaware and South Jersey. The wind chill is 19 degrees right now and it is 27 degrees in Philadelphia.
- Should get a break from snow during the day Tuesday before heavier snow develops in the evening
- 4:00 p.m. winter storm warning will go into effect; it stays throughout the night and into tomorrow Wednesday morning
- 9:00 a.m. = 29 degrees; noon = 31 degrees with a chance of snow; 4:00 p.m. = 32 degrees with a chance of snow
- Cloudy skies Tuesday, light snow during day
- Heavy snow movin in by this evening (11:00 p.m.) and overnight
- Snow will change over to rain, sleet, and freezing rain Wednesday morning
- By mid morning Wednesday, rain will push in to Philadelphia area
- 2-4 inches of snow Philadelphia
- 1-3 inches for parts of Delaware and South Jersey
