Teen Stabs Father to Death

Philadelphia police are on the scene of a stabbing in North Philadelphia.

A 32-year old man was stabbed mutiple times by his 17-year old stepson inside their home in North Philadelphia Thursday, according to police.

The stabbing occured inside the family's home on the 1400 block of W. Allegheny Avenue around 3 p.m. It happened after the two got into an argument, police said. No word on what sparked the argument.

The stepfather was transported to Temple University Hospital in criticial condition, but later died, police said. The teen was taken into custody without issue.
