Police say Knapp targeted vehicles parked outside of seven different communities, including residential homes and apartment complexes. They also say most of the vandalized cars were parked in fire zones and no parking zones. Knapp allegedly caused over $5,000 in damage to the targeted vehicles.

Investigators say Knapp told police he was delivering newspapers in the area and was upset with people who illegally parked their cars. He is charged with felony criminal mischief and other related offenses. He was arraigned today and sent to the Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
