A 16-year-old Philadelphian was shot while he sat in front of his East Mount Airy home late last night.
The yet-to-be-identified teen was shot multiple times in the chest and legs while he sat on his front porch along the 100 block of Montana Street around 11:30 p.m.
He was taken to Einstein Hospital in critical condition.
Philadelphia Police didn’t have a motive for shooting.
Teens have been in the crosshairs in recent weeks. An innocent bystander, Bernard Scott, who was 17, was shot and killed during a shootout at the Tustin Playground in the Overbrook section of the city earlier this month.
