Teen Girl Attacked, Cut With Broken Glass During Robbery

Police are on the hunt for two men who they say attacked a teen girl, ripped her clothes and cut her with broken glass during a robbery in the Port Richmond section of the city.

Police say the 17-year-old girl was walking on the 3100 block of Livingston Street around 8:35 p.m. on Monday.

As she was walking, an unidentified man on a bicycle stopped in front of her, blocking her path. Police say a second man then knocked her to the ground, ripped her clothing and cut her with a piece of broken glass.

The man then went through the girl’s purse and took her cigarettes before fleeing on foot towards Stokely Playground along with the other suspect.

The first suspect is described as a stocky man in his early to mid-20’s standing 6-feet and weighing about 210 pounds with dark, spiked hair. He was last seen wearing a dark red Adidas t-shirt.

The second victim is described as a man in his early to mid-20’s, standing 5-feet and weighing about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing glasses, black shorts, a black V-neck shirt and riding a red bicycle.
