Police say that two missing Lehigh Valley teens have been found.
16-year-old Warren Houtling and 16-year-old Mariah Lopez of Catasauqua were reported missing shortly after 11 p.m. on Thursday.
Shortly after midnight, the parents of the teens found notes saying that Warren and Mariah planned to jump into a river together.
Bad weather and darkness prevented crews from searching the Lehigh River until 6:30 a.m. on Friday.
Police searched the entire river in boats and on foot from the Northampton County Bridge to the Hamilton Street Dam in Allentown.
The search was called off at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Investigators say they didn’t find any physical evidence that the missing teens were in the river.
They were found shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday.

No word yet on how and where the teens were found though police say that they are both unharmed.
