A 29-year-old high school teacher is accused of having sex with an underage student.
Caesar Rodney High School teacher Andrew Chrzanowski is accused of allegedly having an ongoing relationship with a 17-year-old female student, according to Dover Police.
Since 2006 Chrzanowski has taught social studies at the school, according to the Dover Post.
Police arrest the Dover man Thursday at 3 p.m. Chrzanowski faces 40 counts of sexual abuse of a child by a person in authority and one count of continuous child sex abuse, police said.
Chrzanowski posted bail and was released, the Dover Post reported.
He appeared on the TV game show Jeopardy in 2010, reported the Dover Post.
