Two Suspects in Custody After Fatal Hit-and-Run

A heartbroken Brooklyn mom says a police officer failed to help her as she desperately tried to get her daughter to the hospital following an asthma attack, according to news reports.

Philadelphia Police Department have not filed charges against two suspects they have taken into custody for his involvement in what appears to be a fatal hit-and-run accident.

The driver apparently struck two pedestrians intentionally. A man and woman were hit, and the woman was killed.

Homicide investigators have not released the names of the 20-year-old woman who was killed in the incident or the man in his mid-20s, whose condition is not known.

The hit-and-run accident took place at N 8th Street and West Dauphin Street near Temple at about 4 a.m. Saturday morning. Police have not charged the suspects, both women.
