Suspected Case of Child Neglect in Frankford

Philadelphia Police investigate a suspected case of child neglect in the Frankford section of the city.

Police were called to a home in the 19-hundred block of Berkshire Street Wednesday night.

Investigators tell NBC10 five young children were found  home alone. According to police, their mother was at a bar.

The investigation is ongoing.
