Suspect Wanted for Breaking and Entering Home

Lemston Reed threatened to kil the victim

Delaware State Police launched a burglary investigation following a home break in that happened Sunday morning in Lewes, Delaware.

Lemston Reed is wanted for breaking and entering in a home located on the 2100 block of Savannah Road around 4:19 a.m., according to police.

Police say, Reed, 33 called the victim asking her whereabouts. The victim told Reed a false location not wanting Reed to know where she was located. Reed then threatened to kill the victim.

The victim then left her residence prior to Reed’s arrival fearing for her safety. While the victim was gone Reed showed up to the victims residence smashed her window and entered the home illegally, police are still determining what may have been taken, according to police.

Reed is still on the loose and is believed to be in Lewes and Laurel area of Sussex County. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Lemston Reed is asked to contact police immediately.
