Stripper Pole Dad in More Hot Water

Russo allegedly hosted parties in his home where teens drank alcohol and he encouraged young girls to dance on the stripper pole he had in his basement, according to police.

Steven Russo, the Bethlehem Township father charged for hosting wild parties for his 17-year-old son, was in more hot water Wednesday.

Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli filed a petition to revoke Russo’s $10,000 bail due to recent witness intimidation charges.

Russo allegedly tried to contact a 16-year-old female witness, telling her to “get their story straight”, according to LehighValleyLive.com.

He wanted her to say she was nervous when she told her initial story to authorities, the Web site reported.

Morganelli requested the bail hearing be set for Friday. He will personally be on the case, because he wants to ensure Russo spends significant jail time, he said.
