After refusing to drop his weapon, a man was shot near City Hall
Around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, a man, who sources claim was homeless, was shot and killed by Philadelphia Police near City Hall.
The 60-year-old charged at the cops with a box cutter. He was then ordered to drop the weapon, police said and after refusing to do so, police shot him.
The man was rushed to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
